Responsibilities: Job duties include, but are not limited to installing workstations, loading and configuring desktop software; managing user accounts; ensuring that users have access to the applications they need and that they are working for the user; troubleshooting workstation and peripheral problems; responding to questions and REMEDY tickets; preparing documentation as required; and help to train users.
Education and Experience: Bachelors degree or equivalent and at least three years of experience.
