We are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to work in a fast-paced environment providing technical and administrative review of work processes, procedures and products. As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will ensure adherence to design standards and specifications, to detect and correct errors and problems, and to relate progress to schedules.
As a Quality Assurance Lead, you may:
Provide thorough review of any program documentation to ensure quality and compliance
Work with programmers and engineers to eliminate problems
Collect and analyze metrics and prepare status reports, problem notification reports, and problem resolution reports
Monitor and review processes to ensure compliance and quality standards are met
As needed, identify areas to implement process improvement opportunities
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems engineering or any related field and 6+ years of relevant experience OR 6+ years of relevant experience
6+ years of experience in the analysis and design of computer systems or software development, including at least 4 years specialized in quality assurance/control experience
Working experience with systems and/or software standards, configuration control and documentation management, requirements analysis, problem solving, troubleshooting, and/or the use of metrics and testing
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Master’s Degree in a STEM Field
8+ years of Quality Assurance experience on a software development program
