Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant, Senior
Key Role:
Support enterprise-wide strategic workforce planning for a large DoD organization managing a specialized, highly educated workforce across multiple programs and locations and a large number of detailees from other organizations. Create workforce planning reports using existing tools and methodology. Identify critical position and skill requirements, analyze gaps, recommend staffing strategies, and conduct “what-if” scenarios. Apply workforce planning to determine the optimum workforce balance. Create an enterprise workforce plan focused on mission critical occupations and future capability requirements and develop a workforce stability index to identify key factors of health of the workforce.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in strategic human capital management or strategic workforce planning and analysis
Experience creating communications, including briefings and training materials
Ability to analyze large data sets and draw conclusions from that data
Ability to create pivot tables and formulas using Microsoft Excel
Ability to discern, define, or refine analytic requirements from a more ambiguous workforce structure
Ability to write and deliver clear, concise, analytic reports on organization workforce and occupations
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, or Business
Human Capital Workforce Planning Certification
Clearance:
