Human Capital Consultant, Senior
Key Role:
Use insights from workforce analytics to drive the client’s human capital strategy and program implementation. Collaborate across the Booz Allen team to solve technical and non-technical human capital issues, gather requirements, provide guidance and recommendations in addressing a variety of HR related issues, and use HR subject matter expertise to resolve those issues. Track metrics, conduct trend analysis, and deliver program reports. Develop solutions to support client goals, improve operations and increase process efficiency. Execute on and off-boarding programs and partner with HR group leaders to organize, manage and plan complex projects centered on enhancing the employee experience.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in strategic human capital management
Experience conducting employee experience assessments to identify program strengths and weaknesses, gathering metrics, conducting trend analysis, and delivering reports
Experience documenting processes and identifying and implementing process improvements through automation
Experience managing program content and visibility through communication tools, including SharePoint
Experience with using MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of principles of HR administration and implementation of an on-boarding and off-boarding program
Ability to partner with colleagues across multiple offices and senior leaders to understand staffing goals and recommend and implement a way forward
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Communications
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to present and explain findings to teammates and leadership team
Possession of excellent organizational, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Possession of excellent consulting and client relationship skills
Clearance:
