Sr. HR Business Partner

KBR is seeking for a business focused, dynamic HR Generalist, Poland to join the GSUS Readiness & Sustainment Solutions HR team in Poland. The role will provide operational HR support and services to GSUS Readiness & Sustainment Solutions business teams in Poland working in partnership with global and US projects and HR teams.

Reporting to the HR Manager, GSUS RS&S, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, global team aimed at shaping the future of HR at KBR to drive business value, a best-in-class employee experience and effective delivery of HR programs, services, and support in the following key areas:

Essential Functions

Deliver direction, guidance and leadership to support HR operational service delivery and employee experience to businesses, leaders and employees located in Poland.
Contribute to the development of a culture of diversity & inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery. 
Deliver a climate of trust and employee engagement which investigates employee concerns or complaints, develops resolutions, and counsels employees
Work closely with business leaders to understand their business plans to help deliver outcomes from strategic People Plans into operational HR service delivery plans and actions.
Partner with global HR teams to develop HR solutions and services which deliver business value and support employee experiences in the ‘moments that matter’.  
In alignment with the GSUS RS&S HR Services teams, help support the delivery of key HR services (e.g. benefits administration, relocation support)
Through participation on special projects or teams, support the continuing transformation of HR via global HR process implementation and the HR technology platform (Workday).
Work with HR global process owners and experts to continue the change management process to integrate standard HR work processes and implement them in Poland

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

Demonstrated capability to assimilate data and information quickly, and work with complex briefs in a short timescale
Subject matter expertise in general and Poland HR policies, practices and legal framework.
Demonstrated experience of working with cross functional teams to lead successful business growth and value.
A high degree of cultural sensitivity, demonstrated ability to work effectively with multi-cultural and business teams, preferably within a large global business
Demonstrated experience of supporting HR change management programs to support business initiatives and change.
Demonstrated experience of using HR data systems most specifically Workday and Deltek/Costpoint.  Proven Microsoft Office skills
Excellent Polish and English verbal, written and presentation skills, high impact communication style.
Demonstrated flexibility of approach and ability to work in a multi-functional, multi-cultural team environment
Excellent organization and project management skills
Proven track record of influencing skills and decision making to deliver HR support and services in a complex matrix environment. 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Experience in Polish Visa process
Emphasis in Poland HR Management Studies
International Human Resources Certification
NAC-I and Security Clearance

Education/Experience:

University degree or recognized equivalent , International Human Resources accreditation preferred.
