As a GEOINT Collection Manager you use your specialized technical and functional experience and your attention to detail to develop reports, intelligence products, and analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As a GEOINT Collection Manager on our team, you’ll help your client understand the mission environment. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources. You’ll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for warfighters, internal client publications, US IC-wide products, and partners. As the authority on your GEOINT, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillsets. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. 6+ years of experience with GEOINT Collection Management, including Combatant Command level
Experience with using COUGAR, GIMS, and PRISM applications
Knowledge of national, commercial, and airborne GEOINT sensors and capabilities
Ability to apply guidance and rulesets consistently to securely task and disseminate geospatial information
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to develop effective collection approaches
Ability to work weekends or evening shifts
HS Diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience in an Air Force Air Operations Center (AOC), Distributed Ground Station (DGS), or Army GEOINT Cell
Experience with GEOINT exploitation
Knowledge of MS applications, BICES, ROME, CRATE, UNICORN, GETS, and IDEX
