Key Role:

Research, develop, and provide project architectures, assessments, exercise analysis, planning and programmatic support documents, recommendation papers, and briefings. Prepare and submit a detailed draft project plan or portions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. Plan an Engineering Plan, Training Support Plan, Site Support Plan, Security Plan, and Travel Plan, including review, comment, and prepare final version of plan. Conduct or assist with the data collection used by approved data for collection tools analysis.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with research, operations, or assessments

-Experience in technical program planning, implementation, and administration of government projects, including supervision or management expertise

-Ability to resolve any issues regarding program planning

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in working with government contracts

-Experience with working in the Pentagon

-Ability to act as the primary liaison between Program Planning and Control and other functional groups

-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent interpersonal, organizational, and team-building skills

-MA or MS degree
