Digital Identity Strategist, Senior
Work closely with senior executives, technical leads, and solution architects to provide strategic thinking and execute on enterprise-level identity initiatives. Act as a direct advisor to the most senior clients, including C-suite, Cabinet, SES, Commissioner, or Minister level on the highest level decisions, setting strategic direction, CEO mandated programs, and understanding and articulating highly complex business problems. Work with client leaders to develop vision, mission, roadmaps, and strategies, helping to guide the client through a digital transformation, provide vision and continual enhancements to the program through excellent communication expertise with a broad range of technical, business, and interpersonal expertise. Leverage related security products or technologies to recommend solutions across the agency and document enterprise identity business cases complete with strategic plan, functional and technical fit, financial impact, risk mitigation, and compliance requirements, including security and scalable agile execution. Establish trusted relationships with government executives to drive top-down agency-wide enterprise and strategic projects, engaging with key stakeholders proactively to overcome culture, technology, and political barriers to transformation.
-6+ years of experience with strategy consulting
-4+ years of experience with federal government consulting
Knowledge of technology and innovation
Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree required
-3+ years of experience in collaborating with clients to deliver results
Experience with leading identity verification technologies
Knowledge of business for Identity and Access Management capabilities, including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privilege Access Management (PAM), and Enterprise Access Management (EAM), such as SSO, MFA, and Federation
Knowledge of Identify Verification Services
Ability to comprehend and communicate complex information in formats tailored to a variety of audiences
-Possession of excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, issue resolution, and customer relationship management skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-MBA degree preferred
